RACE DAY TIPS

Registration will be open until February 1st for EXPERIENCED RUNNERS ONLY (long run of 6+ miles).

We are now in Phase 2 of the program, and if you aren't currently running at least 15 miles a week, with a long run of 5-7 miles, you cannot safely join the program to run the race at this time. Thank you!

Every year, the Charlottesville Track Club hosts a training program for those individuals and groups interested in running and/or improving their performance at the Ten Miler.

The CTC training programs participants meet Saturdays at 8 a.m. at the U-Hall Parking Lot near UVA's Lannigan Track. Training continues through March 24, 2012.

Please note, registering for the training program DOES NOT automatically register you to run the race.
